We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Photos of the issue

• Description of the problem

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
